King’s Burden

When I returned to

My kingdom, it had grown weird

And woolly in my

Absence. I did raze

What blocked my path, with torch and

Sword, but still tendrils

Clung to me and held

Fast. I had no choice but to

Recall my army

Enforce the ban and

Deliver all to ruin.

My kingdom, thus ruled.
